1. Eligibility and enrolment
A participant must hold a Pomlet account, accept the current version of these Terms and provide accurate information. Pomlet may approve, refuse, suspend or close participation where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, abuse prevention or protection of the program.
The affiliate account remains part of the participant's existing Pomlet account. It may not be sold, transferred or shared without Pomlet's written approval.
2. Commission
The standard rate is 20% of eligible revenue. It is recurring: a separate commission may arise for every eligible payment made by a referred customer while that customer remains eligible and the program continues under these Terms. The rate applicable to a commission is fixed when that ledger entry is created; later rate changes apply only to future entries.
- Eligible revenue is the amount actually collected by Pomlet through Stripe, excluding taxes and VAT.
- Coupons, discounts, prorations, credits, upgrades and downgrades are reflected in the actual eligible amount.
- Stripe payment-processing and Connect payout fees are borne by Pomlet and do not reduce the stated commission rate.
- Failed, unpaid, void, off-Stripe or otherwise uncollected amounts generate no commission.
3. Attribution
The primary referral format is pomlet.com/r/{code}. A valid click stores an attribution token for 60 days when the visitor permits the required browser cookie. The first valid affiliate click wins. Later clicks do not replace it. Once an eligible Pomlet account is attributed, the relationship is stored server-side and no longer depends on the cookie.
Existing accounts that have never entered Pomlet's paid billing lifecycle may be eligible. Current or former paying customers cannot be retroactively converted into new referrals. An organization is eligible only when it is genuinely new, was created by the referred user and receives a new Stripe Customer. Invited members or additional administrators do not create duplicate or cascading attribution.
4. Prohibited self-referrals and promotion
- You must not use your own link, another controlled identity, your own Stripe Customer or an organization you belong to in order to earn commission on your own purchases.
- You must clearly disclose that a shared link is an affiliate link and that the customer does not pay more because of the referral.
- Fraud, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, impersonation, unsolicited messaging, paid-search bidding on Pomlet branding, manipulation and attempts to override attribution are prohibited.
- You may not present yourself as Pomlet, promise guaranteed earnings or make commitments on Pomlet's behalf.
5. Validation, refunds and disputes
Every positive commission remains pending for 60 days after the eligible payment. This period helps confirm that the subscription was genuinely consumed and absorb refunds, credits, chargebacks and fraud reviews. Pending amounts are not yet payable.
A full or partial refund, credit or dispute creates a matching ledger correction. If it occurs after availability or payout, Pomlet may apply a negative entry against future earnings. A won dispute or failed refund can restore the corresponding amount. Cancellation stops new commissions because no further eligible payments occur; a later eligible reactivation may resume them.
6. Stripe Connect and payouts
The affiliate must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and keep the connected account able to receive transfers. Stripe, not Pomlet, collects bank details, identity documents and verification information under Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Payouts are requested by the affiliate from Pomlet. The current minimum is EUR 10 or the separately displayed equivalent for a supported currency. Balances in different currencies are never added together. A balance below the threshold carries forward. Pomlet transfers the approved amount to the connected Stripe account; Stripe controls final bank settlement timing and any conversion it supports. If a currency or destination is unsupported, the balance remains recorded until payment becomes possible.
7. Suspension, corrections and termination
Pomlet may freeze new attribution, commissions and payouts during a reasonable investigation. Pending or unpaid amounts resulting from fraud, abuse, self-referral, manipulation, material breach, refunds or chargebacks may be cancelled or corrected and need not be paid. Legitimately earned amounts are not arbitrarily forfeited. Paid history remains immutable; later corrections appear as separate ledger entries.
Either party may end participation. Ending participation stops new referrals and commissions as specified at that time, but does not erase the auditable history. Pomlet may modify or discontinue the program prospectively, subject to applicable law and any commitments already accrued under the then-current Terms.
8. Taxes, records and responsibility
The affiliate is responsible for tax registration, declarations, invoices and taxes arising from affiliate income. Stripe onboarding does not replace the affiliate's tax obligations. Pomlet's ledger and Stripe records are the source of truth, subject to correction of demonstrated errors.
The affiliate is responsible for its promotional content and compliance with advertising, consumer, privacy, anti-spam and platform rules applicable where it operates.
9. Changes and acceptance
Pomlet may update these Terms and notify participants through the product or other reasonable means. Material changes can require explicit reacceptance before further participation or payout. Continued participation after an effective update, where legally permitted, confirms acceptance. The accepted version and timestamp are recorded server-side.
10. Liability, law and contact
The program is provided without any promise of traffic, conversion or earnings. To the extent permitted by law, Pomlet is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity or interruptions caused by third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules. Questions or formal notices may be sent to hello@pomlet.com; product support may be contacted at support@pomlet.com.
