The Pomlet service is published under the Pomlet name, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Formal notices, complaints, regulatory inquiries and requests for operator information may be sent to hello@pomlet.com. Where applicable law requires additional statutory operator details, Pomlet will provide them through the appropriate legal or regulatory channel.
Product and account support requests, as well as privacy requests, may be sent to support@pomlet.com. General inquiries may be sent to hello@pomlet.com.
2. Website and product
Pomlet is a browser-based service for creating, hosting and reporting on interactive sessions and collaborative whiteboards for workshops, classrooms, training, events, teams and e-learning. It includes free and paid plans, organization workspaces, AI-assisted quiz generation, live and self-paced sessions, sharing, embeds and reports.
3. Publication responsibility
Pomlet publishes general information about the service, pricing and features. Customer sessions, quizzes, whiteboards, notes, drawings, votes, questions, answers, images, documents, prompts, participant names and related content are created or supplied by users. Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights clearance of the content they upload, generate, publish, share or play through Pomlet.
4. Intellectual property
Pomlet, the Pomlet logo, product design, software, interface, documentation and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated in the Terms of Service.
