The Pomlet service is published under the Pomlet name. Formal notices, complaints, regulatory inquiries and requests for operator information may be sent to legal@pomlet.com. Where applicable law requires additional statutory operator details, Pomlet will provide them through the appropriate legal or regulatory channel.
Product and account support requests may be sent to support@pomlet.com. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@pomlet.com.
2. Website and product
Pomlet is a browser-based quiz creation, hosting and reporting service for classrooms, training, events, teams and e-learning. The service includes free and paid account plans, team workspaces, AI-assisted quiz generation, live game hosting, solo play, embeds and post-game reports.
3. Publication responsibility
Pomlet publishes general information about the service, pricing and features. Customer quizzes, questions, answers, images, documents, prompts, game sessions, player names and related content are created or supplied by users. Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights clearance of the content they upload, generate, publish, share or play through Pomlet.
4. Intellectual property
Pomlet, the Pomlet logo, product design, software, interface, documentation and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated in the Terms of Service.
