1. Illegal or harmful content
You may not use Pomlet to create, upload, generate, host, share or promote content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, threatening or abusive;
- promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, exploitation, discrimination or hate;
- sexualizes minors or exploits children in any way;
- contains non-consensual intimate content or invasive personal information;
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights or contractual duties;
- contains malware, phishing, credential harvesting, scams or deceptive links;
- encourages dangerous, illegal or unsafe acts.
2. Sensitive and regulated information
Do not submit sensitive, confidential or regulated data unless you are authorized and have determined that Pomlet and any relevant third-party provider are appropriate for that use. This includes health information, biometric data, financial account data, government identifiers, student records, employee disciplinary records, trade secrets, unreleased business information and legally privileged material.
3. AI-specific rules
You may not use AI features to:
- generate illegal, harmful, deceptive or rights-infringing content;
- submit documents you do not have permission to process through third-party AI providers;
- create content designed to mislead people about facts, identity, authority or outcomes;
- avoid human review of educational, compliance, safety or professional material;
- attempt to extract system prompts, secrets, provider credentials or security controls.
4. Service abuse
You may not:
- attack, overload, probe, scan, scrape, spam, reverse engineer or disrupt Pomlet;
- bypass player, rate, plan, payment, access or security limits;
- share accounts, resell access, create fake accounts or misrepresent identity;
- interfere with live games, impersonate players or manipulate scores;
- use bots or automation except where Pomlet expressly permits it;
- remove legal notices, attribution or security features;
- use Pomlet in a way that creates unreasonable risk for Pomlet, users, players or third parties.
5. Classroom, workplace and event behavior
Hosts must use reasonable judgment when running games for students, employees, public audiences or minors. Do not require players to disclose unnecessary personal information. Do not use Pomlet to shame, rank, profile or discipline people unfairly. Avoid sensitive questions unless the context is appropriate and lawful.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, disable embeds, cancel games, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate subscriptions, preserve evidence, notify affected parties or report activity to authorities if we reasonably believe there is a violation, risk or legal obligation. We may also cooperate with payment providers, AI providers, hosting providers and regulators.
7. Reporting violations
Report suspected violations to legal@pomlet.com. Include links, account details, game PINs, quiz IDs, screenshots or other information that helps us investigate.
