Is the Free plan really free forever?+
Yes. Free includes unlimited quizzes and questions, all quiz elements, 10 AI quiz generations per month and games for up to 8 players. No trial, no card, no expiry.
How does per-seat Business billing work?+
Each seat is a full Pro workspace at CHF 4.90/seat/month, billed under one subscription. An admin assigns seats to members and can add or remove them at any time — increases are prorated and reductions take effect at the next renewal.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?+
Absolutely. Manage everything from the Stripe customer portal — upgrade, downgrade or cancel in a couple of clicks. There is no annual lock-in.
Do players pay anything?+
Never. Players join for free from any phone with a PIN or QR code. Only the host (you) needs an account.
