Is the Free plan really free forever?+
Yes. Free includes unlimited sessions, quizzes and whiteboards, all 11 elements, AI quiz generation, up to 8 participants per session and 4 per whiteboard (8 when the board is open in a session). No trial, no card, no expiry.
How do Organization Pro licences work?+
Each licence is a full Pro workspace at €9.90/licence/mo, billed under one monthly subscription. The owner purchases licences and adjusts their number; admins assign them to members. Increases are prorated and reductions take effect at the next renewal.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?+
Absolutely. Plans are monthly, with no annual lock-in, and paid access stays active until the end of the current billing month.
What is Pomlet MCP?+
Pomlet MCP connects your account to an external AI assistant, such as Claude (on the web or in the desktop app), ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another app that supports remote MCP servers, to create quizzes, whiteboards and sessions from that assistant. MCP access is included with Free and Pro; your Pomlet plan limits and any charges from your AI assistant still apply. An admin manages access for organization licences. Connect your assistant from the account menu → MCP.
Do participants pay anything?+
Never. Participants join a session for free with a PIN or QR code. Whiteboards can also accept guests by link. Only the creator needs an account.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards. Organizations can request invoice payment in euros on the annual plan: prior approval (we usually reply within 24 hours), payment within 30 days by bank transfer or card, and up to 100 licences. The owner requests access in Manage plan. Prices are shown in euros.
