1. Plans and prices
Pomlet may offer Free, Pro, Business or other plans. Published prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, VAT, currency conversion fees, payment method fees and bank charges may apply and are your responsibility unless the checkout page says otherwise.
Plan features, player limits, AI limits, reports, embeds and organization features may vary by plan and may change over time.
2. Checkout and payment processor
Paid subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider. By starting checkout, updating payment details or paying an invoice, you authorize that provider and Pomlet to process payment, create or update customer records, manage subscriptions and provide billing information back to Pomlet.
Pomlet does not store full card numbers. The payment provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
3. Subscription renewal
Paid plans renew automatically on a recurring basis, usually monthly, until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges for the then-current price, taxes and any applicable fees. If payment fails, access may be limited, suspended, downgraded or cancelled.
4. Personal Pro
A personal Pro subscription applies to one account. It is not a team seat pool. If a user also belongs to an organization, personal Pro and organization licenses may interact in the product, but billing remains tied to the subscription that was purchased.
5. Organization seats
Organization seats are billed per seat. Admins choose the number of paid seats and assign available licenses to members. Each assigned license gives that member Pro-level access as described in the product.
Seat increases may be billed immediately on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current period. Seat decreases are scheduled for the next renewal period unless the product or checkout flow states otherwise. Decreases do not create a cash refund or credit unless required by law or expressly stated by Pomlet.
You cannot reduce paid seats below the number of licenses currently assigned without first unassigning licenses.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal or product controls where available. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until that date, subject to these Terms and successful payment of any amounts due.
Cancelling does not automatically delete your account, quizzes, reports, organization or content. It may downgrade access after the paid period ends.
7. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Pomlet in writing, payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused time, unused seats, unused AI generations, unused player capacity, accidental renewals, cancellation after renewal, team member inactivity and failure to use the service.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@pomlet.com promptly with the account email, organization name, invoice or payment reference and a description of the issue.
8. Digital service performance and withdrawal rights
Pomlet is a digital service delivered immediately after purchase or plan activation. Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, you acknowledge that access may begin immediately and that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited once digital performance has started, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
9. Promotions and trials
Promotions, discounts, credits, free trials or coupons may have additional conditions, eligibility limits, expiration dates and renewal prices. We may modify or end promotions at any time unless a specific written offer says otherwise.
10. Taxes and invoices
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information, tax information and invoice details. We or our payment provider may calculate, collect and remit taxes where required. If taxes are not collected at checkout, you remain responsible for any taxes due.
11. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve billing issues quickly.
