What is Pomlet?+
Pomlet is an interactive session and collaborative whiteboard platform. Create quizzes, polls, idea boards, slides and visual canvases, then host live or let everyone progress independently.
Is Pomlet free?+
Yes. Free includes unlimited sessions, quizzes and whiteboards, all 11 elements, AI quiz generation (fair use), up to 8 participants per session and 4 per whiteboard. Pro raises session and whiteboard capacity to 1,000 participants.
What can I include in a Pomlet Session?+
A session can combine scored quiz questions, polls, scales, open answers, word clouds, idea boards, slides and collaborative whiteboards in one ordered flow.
Do participants need an account or an app?+
No app is required. Session participants join with a PIN or QR code. Whiteboards can allow guests through a link, while account, organization and email-invitation access are available when you need more control.
Can I create a quiz with AI?+
Yes. Paste a topic, notes, a web link or a PDF and Pomlet's AI drafts ready-to-play questions in seconds. You can edit everything before you host.
How many participants can join?+
Free supports up to 8 participants per session and 4 per collaborative whiteboard. Personal and organization Pro support up to 1,000 participants.
Can I use a whiteboard outside a session?+
Yes. Pomlet Whiteboards are persistent standalone documents that you can prepare, share, revisit and embed. The same board can also be inserted into a live Pomlet Session.
Can I use Pomlet with my whole team or school?+
Yes. Organization Pro is billed monthly per seat (€9.90/seat/month) so every teacher, trainer or team member gets their own Pro workspace under one shared subscription. Add as many seats as you need and cancel with access through the paid month.
Can I embed a Pomlet quiz on my website or LMS?+
Yes. Every quiz can be embedded as a self-paced player via an iframe, so it drops straight into your website, course or LMS such as Moodle or an e-learning page.
