How to run this activity

  1. 1

    Name the topic

Edit the introductory slide to name the concept or skill you just covered. Give participants a quiet moment to recall it before reopening their notes.

  2. 2

    Ask for a specific explanation

Invite a short answer that someone absent from the session could understand. Discuss different explanations and correct misunderstandings together.

  3. 3

    Move towards application

Ask for a real situation and a first action. Use the confidence scale to start a conversation about support, not as evidence that a skill is mastered.

  4. 4

    Close the open loop

Review remaining questions, answer what you can and say how the others will be addressed. Refer back to these responses at the next session.
