Self-paced
Everyone moves at their own pace, with no timer, until the deadline you set at launch (7, 14 or 30 days, or a specific date up to 14 months away). Ideal for homework, revision or remote training; you follow every answer on the follow-up page.
- Participants join with the PIN or the link, then enter their first and last name. They choose a 4-digit code to continue on another device. On the same device, they continue without typing anything unless they have resumed elsewhere.
- Continuing on a new device transfers the participation to it. The previous device displays a message and does not reconnect automatically; only submitted answers are recovered. To use the previous device again, return to identification and enter your name and code again.
- Forgotten code, or locked after 5 wrong attempts: the participant notifies the host, who accepts or refuses the request on the follow-up page. The new code is chosen on the device that asked.
- You choose when corrections appear: after each question, at the end of the quiz, or when you share them from the follow-up page.
- Edit moves the deadline (even after it has passed) or changes the group name. After the deadline, participants see their results when the correction mode allows it, but can no longer answer.
- Close ends the session: no more answers or results for participants, and the report stays in Reports. Otherwise, the session closes by itself 30 days after the deadline.
- Each participant sees images and can enable sound on their own device. Videos provide their soundtrack only, without video images. On the free plan, a session holds 8 participants in total; removing a participant frees their place.
Good to know
Resume or end
At the top of the dashboard, “In progress” lists the sessions you launched that have not ended. “Resume” reopens the host screen of a live session, for example after a tab was closed: participants are still there. “End the session” stops it for everyone; the questions already played stay in a report marked “interrupted session”. For a self-paced session, the card opens its follow-up page, and “Close the session” ends it.
