Identify yourself for the session
Live, choose your nickname and team if required. Self-paced, enter your first and last name, then choose your four-digit secret code.
Wait or start
Live, the host starts the questions. Self-paced, you progress independently before the deadline. If the session requires a computer, phones and tablets cannot join.
Use the magnifiers for comfortable reading
The + magnifier enlarges questions and answers; − makes them smaller. The setting affects your display and stays between questions in this browser. Long content may require scrolling.
On media or a QR code, a magnifier enlarges that element instead. It does not change quiz content or scores.
Return after a disconnection
Live, return in the same browser to recover your place. The game continues with the host while you are away: reconnect as soon as possible.
Self-paced, submitted answers are saved. On the same device, resuming is normally automatic unless you have resumed the assignment elsewhere; on another, use the assignment link, the same first and last name and your secret code. An answer you are still typing is not a submitted answer.
Forgotten or locked code? Request help from the host and wait for approval. Do not create another identity to recover the first one's progress. If two people share a name, the second can choose That's not me and add an initial.
Remember
Continue on another device
Join the same assignment with your first name, last name and secret code. The new device takes over and restores your submitted answers. Your participation continues on one device at a time.
The previous device displays a message saying the session has continued elsewhere. It does not reconnect automatically and can no longer submit answers for this participation. An answer still being typed on that device is not recovered unless it was submitted.
To return to the previous device, use the button to go back to identification, then enter your first name, last name and code again. This deliberate action transfers the participation back to it.
